HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Processing is 1-10 business days

Shipping 2-5 business days

Please keep in mind the post office is closed on Sundays and it takes 24-48 hours for them to update their tracking system. 

WHAT IS PROCESSING?

Processing is the time that it takes to accept your payment, make your order and package it! When items are in stock processing is generally 3 days! If an item is on back order it could take longer than the time frame stated above (rarely ever happens) this is all done before shipping your order out. Processing and shipping are two separate actions. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will get an email once your order is about to be shipped with all the information on your order and the tracking number. All parcels are sent with USPS so please use their website when tracking your package. You will also get a confirmation email, this is NOT the email that will contain your tracking number you will get another email. 

 

I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Do not worry! we can change the address as long as we have not shipped your order already! If your item was already shipped then we, unfortunately, cannot do anything, but wait until we get the parcel back then re-ship it to the correct address.
